Backgrounds in hospitality, food and beverage, event planning, customer service, or sales are common on our team — but they are not a requirement. If you love wine and love people, we want to talk.
Compensation
Wine Sales: Earn 30% commission on wine sales — among the highest commission structures in the industry. Our primary competitor pays 17%. The difference is real.
European Wine Tours: Earn 10% commission on every client you book on a Vinera European wine experience.
Monthly Subscriptions: Build recurring income through ongoing customer subscriptions that pay month after month.
Unlimited Earning Potential: Active consultants commonly earn $3,000 - $6,000+ per month. Commissions are uncapped. Your income is determined by the relationships you build and the business you create.

Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Compensation is commission-only with no guaranteed base salary.
Preferred Experience
- Hospitality, restaurant, bar, or food and beverage experience
- Customer service or sales experience
- Direct sales or commission-based roles
Preferred Certifications
- Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET)
Work Location
On the road, in clients' homes, and at community events throughout the U.S.
