We are seeking a full-time Tasting Room Manager to join our team. We are a premier hospitality company with a 20,000 case DTC operation in the Temecula Wine Country. We are looking for a highly experienced, passionate leader to manage our newest Winery, Bottaia, which is slated to open summer 2018. Bottaia Winery is located on the Ponte Family Estate Ranch which is just east of the Ponte Winery Tasting Room.
The Tasting Room Manager at Bottaia will report to the Bottaia General Manager, and work with the Wine Club Manager, Food and Beverage Manager and Bottaia Pool Club Management Team.

This position is responsible for managing the daily functions of the Tasting Room (as described below) and will report to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a successful guest experience in the tasting room
* Write and execute sales training programs for associates.
* Hire, train, schedule, monitor, coach and terminate associates (as needed) based on established performance and sales goals.
* Develop and execute bonus program calculations for staff.
* Develop and execute associate training and development manuals.
* Motivate and coach associates on guest service and sales standards using consistent, knowledgeable, and efficient methods.
* Analyze and control expenditures of wine and non-wine sales to conform to budgetary requirements.
* Collaborate with onsite marketing department for advertising and promotional activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
* Prepare, deliver and explain monthly sales financial reports to the Corporate Office.
* Drive for sales results and grow the business both in terms of guest satisfaction and reputation.
* Coordinate with staff and the Facilities department to maintain a clean, presentable, guest and employee friendly environment.
* Protect and monitor company assets and inventory at all times.
* Integrate and continue a collaborative working environment between Wine Club and Tasting Room to increase sales and enhance the overall guest experience.
