Bartholomew Estate Winery is searching for individuals who are interested in joining our small
hospitality team as a Wine Service Liaison. We offer a unique opportunity to enjoy working in
the Sonoma Valley wine industry while surrounded by the beautiful setting of Bartholomew
Park. Views are not the only thing that makes Bartholomew Estate a wonderful place to work.
We are offering the following to qualified candidates;
- Base pay rate of $18 per hour
- Gratuities
- Commission for all bottle sales

surrounded by the beautiful setting of Bartholomew Park.
•  Certified Organic Farming: The Bartholomew Park Foundation was established to fulfill
the Bartholomew Family request that the park be maintained and preserved for future
generations. Because of this, our vineyards are farmed organically and are Certified
Organic.
•  Privately Owned: Bartholomew Estate Winery is a partnership of the Bartholomew Park
Foundation and Winemaker Kevin Holt.
•  Historic Property: The Bartholomew Estate vineyards are the birthplace of California
viticulture and our winery and tasting room are housed in a charming 100-year-old
mission-style building.
•  Quality Commitment: Organically farmed grapes and small-batch winemaking define our
commitment to quality at Bart Estate.
•  Philanthropic: A portion of the proceeds of Bart Estate wines go to the Bartholomew
Park Foundation in support of the park. Also, a portion of the proceeds of our “Bart’s
Calling” label is donated to a local, Sonoma charity. We donate space in our Art Gallery
to the Sonoma Plein Air Foundation. When artwork is sold in our Gallery, 25% of the
proceeds from the sale goes back to the foundation to help support art education in the
community and local schools.
•  Bart Estate is more than just a place to find awesome wines, the property boasts hiking
trails, horseback riding, gardens, and picnic areas. We are also dog enthusiasts!
•  COVID Compliance: Our experiences are set up in COVID-safe zones to protect our
employees and our guests. All tables, both outdoor and indoor, are socially distanced.
Air filtration units are placed throughout our indoor areas.
