Wine Wine Situation is a rapidly growing National importer of European wines, primarily from France. We contribute our growth to a service-oriented business plan, built on integrity and a dynamic portfolio. In conjunction with our expanding growth, we are searching for candidate(s) who want to be a part of this expansion. We are searching for Sales Reps for San Francisco Bay area and Los Angeles (west-side) to start immediately. We currently are looking for full-time positions in both regions but will accept part-time applicants as well.
Job Description:
- Maintain established territory, independently, while adding new placements and new accounts.
- Create rapport with wine buyers and decision makers.
- Weekly visits to established chain store accounts in your territory.
- Maintain shelf placement and cold box placement.
- Provide store inventory reports.
- Taste wine buyers on potential placements.
- Provide top level customer service to all accounts.
- Conduct hand-selling opportunities.
- Perform wine demos when scheduled. May include weekend days.
The established Chain Store accounts will be the main responsibility. There are numerous accounts, many of which place orders on a weekly basis. Maintaining these accounts is first priority followed by on-premise prospecting.
