The Membership & Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing several of our Member programs and on-site inventory while providing administrative support to the Member Wine Manager, Director of Design and Fulfillment & Membership Director.

• Oversee the Member Vineyard Row program (directly with Members, internal staff and outside vendors)
• Provide world class customer service to our Members
• Arrange tasting itineraries for Members visiting Napa Valley
• Oversee the Member Branding Iron program (directly with Members, internal staff and outside vendors)
• Manage Member wine cave lockers and 3rd party storage communications
• Manage wine transfers and physical inventory of all wines on property
• Manage Member olive oil orders
• Assist Member Wine Manager, Director of Design and Fulfillment, and Membership Director as needed
• Assist with member inquiries via phone and email
• Arrange shipments through FedEx when needed
• Manage employee orders of wine and olive oil
• Provide ongoing support to members, via phone and e-mail, to ensure their success
• Project Management
• Manage supply orders for employees
• Manage monthly state compliance reports.
• Process donation requests.
• Assist Membership Director with set up of tours when needed
• Update Member portal and manage Member email addresses and contact information.
• Work closely with internal personnel: Event Team, Member Services and Accounting staff.
• Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of the winery and our wines regarding our Member inquiries.
Qualifications:
• Strong customer service skills
• Superior communication skills, written and verbal
Education:
• High School diploma or equivalent
Years of Experience:
• Two or more years in similar position
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization consistent with the winery's policies.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow up
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, Internet, and Navision
• Ability to lift a case of wine, 50lbs Working
