Salvestrin Winery, located in the heart of Napa Valley, seeks highly motivated and eager to learn winemaking intern for the 2023 vintage. Family owned and operated since 1932, we are a small 5500 case winery, processing approximately 120 tons per harvest. We have been farming for over 90 years in Napa Valley. Our team is tiny (there’s only 3 of us), so you will have the opportunity to see and experience all aspects of the winemaking harvest. We produce premium quality Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese, Petite Sirah, and Pinot Noir. Our estate Dr. Crane Vineyard was originally planted in 1859 (one of the first handful of vineyards planted in Napa Valley.) The vineyard is certified organic, Napa Green, and Fish Friendly Farming. We also incorporate regenerative and biodynamic farming techniques. Position runs from mid-August to November 1.
