We are looking for a part time, combined role of Wine Club Assistant/Tasting Room Associate. This will be a very versatile position with days scheduled in the Tasting Room and different days to assist the Wine Club in the office. This dual position will require certain qualities that enhance the Tasting Room experience such as enthusiasm, customer friendliness and service, and the ability to multi task while still being attentive to the customer. The candidate must have an eagerness to learn and provide excellent customer service to a wide range of customers. While working as a Tasting Room Associate you will be required to conduct informative and personable tastings and will also be giving public tours, hosting large group tastings/events and more for our extremely busy Tasting Room.
To assist in the Wine Club we will need someone with strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. This position also requires strong verbal and written communication skills as you will be providing excellent customer service via phone, email and in person. Intermediate skills in both Microsoft Word and Excel are required. Experience with AMS software is a plus. This is the perfect opportunity to learn DTC skills and learn how to maintain a strong wine club.
Candidates must have flexible availability for weekends and holidays. Must be 21 years or older, lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods of time. We offer an aggressive wage along with an incentive/bonus plan.
