Halter Ranch is seeking a full-time, Charge Bookkeeper located in Paso Robles, CA. Historic Halter Ranch is a vineyard and winery located in the heart of the Paso Robles’ Westside Adelaida District. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Post Daily Sales
General Ledger Entries
Account Coding
Expense Account Administration
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable 
Budgeting and Budget Administration
Payroll and some human resource management
Manage and respond to all chargeback activity for disputed charges
Work closely with Controller on monthly financial reporting package

Experience
High school diploma or GED
10 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the wine industry
Excellent computer skills: MS Word and Excel, QuickBooks, and willingness to learn new accounting software

Pay & Benefits
This position is a full-time, Monday-Friday. Benefits include: medical, dental & vision insurance; HSA contributions; vacation & sick leave; retirement plan and ten paid holidays per year. Compensation commensurate with experience with pay scale $50-65,000 per year.
