Laird Family Estate, located in Napa, is seeking hard-working and reliable people to work on our bottling line. These positions will work in the cellar during harvest and are excellent entry level positions for the wine industry.
Qualifications:
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to work overtime as required and work weekends and shift work during harvest.
• Able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs continuously. Able to stand for long periods of time, reach with arms and hands, walk long distances, walk up stairs, sit for long periods of time, kneel, stoop, crouch and crawl.
• Able to work with Potassium Metabisulfite.
• Able to be a cooperative, courteous and committed member of the Laird Family Estate team.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
