Bartender/Wine Server (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Cadet Wine + Beer Bar is a fun, yet professional late night bar in Napa Valley. We specialize in a wide selection of import and domestic wines, beers and snacks. We also offer an online bottle and merchandise shop.

Previous restaurant or winery hospitality experience is required. We are looking for a hard-working, reliable, motivated and outgoing person. A great candidate for our team would be someone with a neat appearance, engaging and friendly, excited about customer service, efficient, observant, knowledgeable, able to multitask with a passion to learn and grow.

The Bartender position is customer facing, serving excited locals and visitors wine, beer and food, Duties include: Knowledge of wine/beer and food product. Organizing/inventory and cellar. Opening and closing duties, maintaining a clean and organized workplace.

Additional Requirements:
•  Must be at least 21 years of age.
•  TIPS and ServeSafe certification
•  Must be able to work at 4pm and have flexibility to work late nights, weekends, holidays
•  Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts.
•  Ability to stand, bend, and reach through-out assigned shift, up to 8 hours a day.
•  Basic math and computer skills.
•  Strong task and time management abilities
•  Eye for detail and understanding of food and beverage service
