Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Shadybrook Estate Winery, Napa

Position Purpose

We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to support our DTC sales and marketing team. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator collaborates with management to support strategic initiatives and programs that enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a creative, highly organized, and customer-focused team player

Marketing and Brand Support

•  Manage social media content calendars, assist with content development, monitor and engage with followers across platforms, and report on key metrics.

•  Support e-commerce campaigns and report on key metrics

•  Assist with the creation of marketing collateral (sell sheets, tasting notes, rack cards, wine club brochures, etc.).

•  Organize and maintain print and digital marketing asset libraries.

•  Maintain brand consistency across all digital, print, and in-person experiences.

•  Support vendor coordination for design, printing, photography, etc.

Wine Club and Events

•  Assist with wine club programming and reporting.

•  Respond to member inquiries, handling basic customer concerns or directing them to the appropriate manager when necessary.

•  Participate in Wine Club events and actively engage with our members to support member retention and satisfaction.

•  Assist with event setup, execution, and logistics.

•  Prepare event checklists and ensure all materials and communications are complete.

Office and Administrative

•  Participate in planning meetings, take notes and prepare the minutes for distribution.

•  Assist project managers by tracking timelines and deliverables across multiple programs and initiatives.

•  Answer phones, assist with customer inquiries and make reservations

•  Manage reservations and the reservations system in TOCK.

•  Support the tasting room during peak hours.

•  Assist with departmental administrative projects and other tasks assigned by GM

Education, Skills, and Experience

•  High School Diploma required, bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred

•  2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the wine and spirits industry, is required. DTC experience is preferred.

•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required

•  Proficiency across social media platforms required

•  Experience with WineDirect or Commerce7, TOCK, Mailchimp, and ShipCompliant preferred

•  Strong communication and customer service skills

•  Reliable, able to work independently, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

•  Detail-oriented with a focus on quality work and follow-through

Additional Requirements

•  Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

•  Valid California Driver’s License

•  Responsible Beverage Service & Food Handlers Certificate (or willing to obtain)
