Out side Sales Representative (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Summary of Position

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for promoting company’s products and services to customers within the territory covered by Pacini Wines in Mendocino County and the surrounding area. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Sales of products to customers shall include product presentation, product placement, re-stocking as needed and maintain positive working partnerships with accounts

·         Provide information to customers regarding products, prices, and availability

·         Communicate and collect accounts receivable as requested by management

·         Computer skills desirable

·         Must be reliable, flexible, and personable in order to work with customers and vendors

·         Other Duties as assigned or requested by management

·         Beverage and/or Hospitality Industry Experience preferred.

 

Job Requirements:

·         A Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.

·         Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis

·         Ability to follow instructions from supervisor

·         Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds

·         Maintain a Clean, Neat and Professional Appearance

 

 

Ability to work weekends, if necessary (upon approval from Supervisor)

Company Provided Equipment:

o   Automobile:

§  Pacini Wines provides a vehicle for Salesperson’s use. Company provides all expenses (i.e. fuel, insurance, vehicle maintenance, etc.)

§  All company vehicles are equipped with GPS locators for safety and insurance purposes.

§  This vehicle is solely to be used for work transportation

§  All vehicle issues that may arise must be reported to management

o   Cell phone:

§  Company provides a cellphone for the Salesperson’s use. 

§  Employee is responsible to keep Supervisor informed as to any problems that may arise with the phone

o   Credit Card:

§  Company provides a credit card for fuel and approved sales expense
