Who we are:

Weed Cellars is a true original in the sense that it transcends all categories within the alcohol space. We produce wines (including prosecco), beer and straight bourbon whiskey.

Our wines include cabernet, pinot noir, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, chenin blanc/viognier, a proprietary Napa red blend, prosecco, sparkling Italian rose´, and rose´. Our beers comprise a golden ale and a light lager, while our whiskey is a 91 proof, straight, bourbon whiskey.

All our wines have been awarded 90+ points, from various, well-known and respected consumer and trade publications. Our prosecco received a 92 point rating, and our whiskey is a 93 point bourbon and double gold SIP Award winner.

We are conquering a new category within the alcohol industry, and we’ve found a way to tap into the evolution of the cannabis space without using cannabis. Our wine, spirits and beer pay homage to the individual in all of us, but contain only alcohol, and consumers are loving it.


Assist in the following areas:
Optimize our campaigns, social media and website to drive traffic into our brick-and-mortar retail stores
Work with distributors on tastings, launches, consumer-awareness and activations
Support on-and-off premises accounts with innovative, compliant and effective ideas
Elevate brand awareness and trust by crafting and executing unique and compliant promotional strategies via all digital platforms, including media, advertising, and social media
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Ensure communications and messaging across all channels are in alignment with our mission and brand identity
Present ideas and curate final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing strategy
Assist Sales Department with marketing pitches to distributors and retail accounts
Plan and attend events
Create brand collateral and merchandising solutions to boost sales
Build programs that perpetuate sales

You do not mind if priorities and timelines change frequently because you are highly adaptable
You thrive when navigating complex challenges and overcome them with grit and flexibility
You are an influential and personable team member who is capable of establishing genuine connections that speak through your branding initiatives
You have a breadth of marketing knowledge and are experienced in driving the creation of multi-channel digital content
Fluent in direct and efficient communication


Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
1-3 year of marketing experience
Ability to find solutions and resolve issues related to an ever-growing business
Ability to work well with a team, take director and ability to work independently
Ability to advise company personnel on compliance risks and complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Solid understanding of the three-tier system and the Alcohol, Tobacco, Tax and Trade Bureau.
Proficiency in multiple areas of alcohol beverage law and voluntary codes, including, but not limited to, regulations surrounding Federal Permits, State Licenses, marketing programs, The Beer Institute, and various trade initiatives.


Bonus Points For:
BA/BS in Marketing, Public Relation or related field
Google Suite
1-3 years alcohol beverage regulatory background with law firm or alcohol company
Marketing experience in alcohol and wine industry, or related fields
Experience developing and executing multi-channel digital content including email, social media, website and SMS campaigns
Experience with optimizing web marketing
Experience copywriting on tight deadlines
