Tyler Winery is looking for a self-motivated and extremely capable FULFILLMENT & LOGISTICS MANAGER to join our growing team in Lompoc, CA.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Motivated learner with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good time management and the ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to get after it.
- Wine industry experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds, climb ladders and spend the majority of time standing.
DUTIES /RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Fulfill wholesale orders for national and international distribution
-Coordinate wholesale and DTC order pickups
-Carefully operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, transfer inventory into the warehouse post-bottling, and maintain precise organization within the warehouse
-Fulfill DTC orders with accuracy and precision
-Inventory management and reporting
