Tasting Room Management (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Established Lompoc winery is seeking an experienced Tasting Room Manager. We're looking for a professional, dynamic and energetic leader to inspire tasting room staff and customers.

 

Qualifications

 

•               A team-player attitude and collaborative spirit

•               Willing to cross train in all areas to help build a collaborative, productive team

•               Sales Management experience

•               Passion for and working knowledge of wine, varietals, central coast region and AVAs

•               Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail

•               Proficiency in database management software, CRM, MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Constant Contact, Facebook and other social media networks

•               Strong data-mining and analytical skills to utilize and profile customer database

•               Exceptional customer service skills

•               A proactive and personal approach to interacting with customers

•               Must be 21+

•               Great attitude, self-starter, able to take initiative and open-minded a must.

This is a full-time position.  The Tasting Room Manager will need scheduling flexibility for weekend, holiday and evening work
