Position Summary
The Winery Operations Manager – Kenwood is primarily responsible for capital development, planning, staff management, facilities management, quality of wine in storage and ensuring cost efficient operations of the winery and barrel operations. The Winery Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring the wine style adheres to our style guide and follows direction from the Chief Winemaker- Kenwood. This position provides direction and leadership to the Kenwood winery, cellar and laboratory teams.

- Budget expenditure within approved limits
- In consultation with the Operations Director
- This position contributes to the overall decision making related to the management, improvement, formulation and implementation of changes consistent with the strategies of PRW
