We are seeking a dynamic, tech savvy individual with an analytical mind and a love for customer interaction - one who loves working in an ever-evolving environment, and is hungry to showcase their skills, knowledge, and experience. Primary job responsibilities include Manage all DTC sales channels, train and work alongside Tasting Room staff to provide an exceptional guest experience, collaborate with wine club and marketing departments to improve sales, perform administrative duties including reporting, staff scheduling, order processing, and inventory management. Produce onsite and offsite events. Develop, budget, and manage programs focusing on direct-to-consumer sales, customer retention, brand integrity, program profitability and retail consumer to wine club member conversion.

Employment requirements:

·         Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license

·         Minimum 2 years hospitality and sales experience

·         Must love working with people and have a natural skill set for sales, customer service, and developing lasting relationships

·         Excel at promoting and exceeding sales goals

·         Computer savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, UPS Worldship, Ship Compliant, plus able to learn new software and programs with ease.

·         Initiative-taking with the ability to manage, prioritize, meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently

·         Professional demeanor and charismatic presence with a passion for wine, food, and the wine country lifestyle

·         Possess a good internal compass for integrity, personal responsibility, honesty, and ability to make good choices

·         Be a clear communicator and positive team player with a positive, flexible attitude and excellent work ethic

·         Ability to manage customer service challenges and find effective resolutions

·         Requires the ability to regularly stand for extended periods and lift 45 lbs.

·         Willing to work weekends, weekdays, occasional evenings, and travel as needed.
