DTC Club Manager (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

The DTC & Club Manager will be an integral member of the Valette Wines team and responsible for all aspects of DTC Sales, Club Management and Planning, Customer Service and Club Member acquisition. We are building a brand new club and brand together, and looking for the right person to be flexible, creative, and a self starter.

DTC & Club Manager Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and administrate FIGURE and related tools and programs.

  • Handle communication with club members, individual and group communication.

  • Develop and implement programs for club member acquisition.

  • Training of restaurant staff regarding Valette Wines and club member acquisition programs.

  • Schedule and host tastings and visits.

  • Help develop and manage Club Valette program, benefits, and events.

  • Assist in creation of collateral and marketing materials, including but not limited to email marketing, paper collateral for events or sign ups, and digital sign up forms.

  • Coordinate fulfillment and all related tasks.

  • Coordinate club activities with restaurant management.

  • DTC & Club Manager Qualifications / Skills:

    • Wine Knowledge

    • Excels in customer service / people skills

    • IT proficiency (Figure, Excel, Mail and Communication platforms, etc)

    • Understanding of Compliance

    • Management proficiency

    • Coordination skills

    • Motivating others

    • Attention to detail

    • Restaurant experience a huge plus.

    Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

    • Management experience

    • Experience with club and POS software

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in winery DTC and Tasting Room operations

This will be a salaried position with a bonus structure.
