Job Description:

Korbel Champagne Cellars, located in the picturesque Russian River Valley, has been a long-standing California Champagne establishment in Sonoma County since 1882. With thousands of tourists visiting every year, our winery is nothing short of a beautiful and informative winetasting and culinary experience for every customer who walks on our property.

Our Maintenance Department is seeking a resourceful, enthusiastic Project & Process Manager to contribute to our team at our beautiful Guerneville location. The primary focus will be to support Korbel’s production goals for quality, safety, and operational efficiency. This is achieved through proposing and evaluating the feasibility and benefits of capital and continuous improvement projects. This role will manage the implementation of approved projects, including handling multiple projects. A key function of the position is to manage the collaborative process with all project stakeholders to complete projects timely and efficiently.

We are considering candidates with bachelor’s degree in a technically oriented field such as engineering, food science, winemaking, or production management. 10-15 years’ experience in a production environment and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management/construction management in a manufacturing facility (preferably a beverage company) is required. Experience in negotiating commercial agreements/contracts and trouble-shooting production-related issues is required.

The pay scale for this position is $96,000-$134,400 depending upon experience.
