Heck Cellars, located in Arvin, California and owned by Korbel Champagne Cellars, is looking for a Winemaker to work closely with the winemaking team in all aspects of wine production. Position is responsible for providing directives to cellar and laboratory personnel by planning, writing and reviewing cellar ‘work-orders’ for all operations, from harvest to distillation. The Winemaker will assure wine and brandy quality by performing bench top trials and tastings. Position is expected to understand winemaking regulatory requirements and follow safety procedures.

We are considering candidates with a minimum of five years winery experience combined with a degree in enology or related technical discipline.
