We’re looking for a wine-savvy, customer-focused Retail Associate to join our small but passionate team.

Position Details:
This is a part-time, in-person position (approximately 30-40 hours per week). You’ll need to be available for a mix of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends. Occasional additional hours during busy seasons or events may be requested.

What You’ll Be Doing:
    •    Assist customers with wine recommendations based on their tastes and needs
    •    Operate the register and handle sales transactions
    •    Receive and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, and organize displays
    •    Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
    •    Stay informed on new arrivals, regions, producers, and trends in wine
    •    Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone
    •    Help with in-store tastings and events as needed
    •    Contribute to a collaborative, welcoming atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
    •    Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles
    •    A working knowledge of wine
    •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    •    Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to ~40 lbs
    •    Someone who’s punctual and reliable
