Markham Vineyards located in St. Helena, CA is inviting applicants to apply for our position of Facilities Manager. This position that is a part of a dynamic team of wine making professionals, is a unique, hands-on opportunity that oversees the continuous functionality of equipment to create our remarkable wines, and maintains the integrity of our beautiful Napa winery. By implementing exceptional service and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, this role is imperative to the mission of Markham in being committed to doing the right thing in service to our land, people, and our customers.
Through end-to-end management of safety for the facility and its equipment, this role will be responsible for inspections, building maintenance, inventory, records, scheduling, and repairs of winery equipment. As an on the floor leader, this role works in collaboration with the Bottling Supervisor and is supervised by the Winemaker to ensure compliance as a team.

To be successful in this role, you will require a mix of the following key experience and capabilities:
- At least 5 years of direct winery/vineyard facility maintenance experience
- Direct report management and leadership experience
- Knowledge of California wastewater and storm water compliance, HVAC and refrigeration, electrical repair, landscaping, fire and alarm systems, forklift maintenance, and other facility needs
- Project Management experience including budgeting, vendor negotiation and bidding with suppliers and independent contractors
- Bottling Line and Crush diagnosis and repair experience
- Must be able to commute to and from St. Helena, California
