Warehouse Person (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

Operates lift truck to organize and maintain the warehouse case goods and supplies inventory in good working order; pull and prepare open orders, correctly and in a safe and timely manner for shipping; facilitate in-bond transfer activity shipping between warehouse facilities; facilitate tail off activity from bottling lines requiring tallying and verification of case goods produced & placing product in pre-determined location within warehouse. Complete all forms/shipping documents/loader’s diagrams specific to each sales order, internal wine movement order and/or in-bond transfer and production/bottling activity. Prepare custom case wine orders requiring hand stacking & consolidating with other warehouse items. Assist with semi-annual physical case goods inventories and cycle counting of case goods. Req. 3-5 yrs related exp. in shipping, warehousing & production environment. Knowledge of general warehousing practices. Basic verbal, writing, reading & math skills required. Prior squeeze lift experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Ability to lift & carry up to 40 lbs. on a frequent basis. Work schedule is 5/8 Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background & reference check.
