Cirq Estate is a premium Pinot Noir producer located in the Russian River Valley. We are seeking one more dynamic, hardworking and passionate individual to join our harvest crew beginning mid-August and continuing until mid to late October.
This is an opportunity to learn about and participate in the high-end Pinot Noir winemaking process as a team member working and learning directly from the winemaker. Responsibilities entail all aspects of harvest and winemaking including grape sampling, fruit sorting and fruit processing, fermentation protocols, cleaning and barrel work, just to name a few.
Candidates must be able to climb ladders, stand and work for long hours including lots of bending and lifting.
This is a great opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a professional team that is focused on making great wines.
Experienced is preferred but not necessary. We will train you in our methods and give you the chance to learn as much as possible.
Must have a good attitude and a strong work ethic and most importantly, be a team player, working cooperatively for the good of the wine.
