Chateau Boswell is a small, family owned winery producing premium Sparkling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Bordeaux varietals in St. Helena, CA. We source fruit from the Russian River Valley, Sta. Rita Hills and of course, the Napa Valley.
We are looking for one candidate who can add muscle and good energy to the cellar. The candidate must be eager and motivated, act with urgency, and have a positive attitude. Forklift experience and a general knowledge of cellar operations during harvest would be very helpful. At least one harvest season is required. You would be responsible for your own housing and transportation to and from the winery located in St. Helena, CA.
The duration of this position will be from late August until mid to late October, depending on the timing of the harvest.
Requirements and Responsibilities –
- Efficient, thorough, meticulous, positive, and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and lift up to 50lbs
- Additions, barrel work, pumpovers and punchdowns, fruit sorting, and heaps of cleaning
