Winetracking Specialist I (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Job Summary:

Provide administrative support to the Winetracking department. 

Essential Functions:

  • Process basic work orders and month end inventory reports for all locations on a daily/monthly basis.
  • Assist with bulk imports purchases.
  • Prepare daily bulk wine shipping reports and bills of lading as needed.
  • General filing, typing, scanning and copying.
  • Assist with preparation of various daily, monthly and annual reports and spreadsheets for internal and external departments.
  • Prepare blend certificates
  • Recognize general problems/issues
  • Assist with projects as requested.
  • Understand and comply with all Quality related activities related to Bottling Production and all SQF Level 3 and/or ISO 9001 standards and guidelines. 

Qualifications:

  • Education:  High school diploma required; A.A. or B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
  • Experience: One or more years in office/administration position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent math skills.
  • Advanced computer skills (word-processing using Microsoft Word, spreadsheets using Excel, knowledge of wine tracking and accounting software helpful).
  • Attention to detail w/good problem solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to perform basic clerical functions and operate basic office machines.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of TTB regulations a plus

  • May be required to work at any of  TFE's locations
  • Frequent deadline pressures
  • Numerous projects in progress at any given time
  • May be required to work some overtime hours
  • Comply with company safety regulations
