This full time Marketing Coordinator position is an amazing opportunity for an individual that jives with and thrives amongst a group of hard-working, creative, innovators that love a good challenge, a hard deadline, and a worthy celebration. This role assists the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns for the various sales channels of Bundschu Company, including, but not limited to National Sales, Direct to Consumer, Retail Sales and Wine Clubs. This position will manage and assist with social media and ecommerce campaigns, maintain content on the website, manage all collateral and provide varied administrative support. Comfort in the digital world and aptitude for learning new technology and tools will be the key to success in this role. This position is perfect for someone who wants to get their feet wet in many different aspects of the wine business, roll up his/her sleeves and learn a lot in a very fun environment. The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Maintain monitor and in some cases develop content for social media and react to customer service issues or requests as well as listen to key customers
•  Maintain accurate product offerings, creative and promotions on websites
•  Assist with ecommerce campaigns by setting up drafts and updating carts and mailing lists
•  Manage and maintain collateral for the various sales channels for Bundschu Company, including wine fact sheets, sell sheets, business cards, etc.
•  Coordinate reservations for media partners and other requests from PR team
•  Manage and maintain wholesale customer programs and outreach and respond to customer needs
•  Assist with goods and services donation requests from non-profits and charities throughout the country
•  Represent the winery at some offsite consumer tastings
•  Assist in coordination of video production teams and photographers on site and in the field
•  Maintain monthly marketing reports for ROI, reviewing Google analytics
•  Assist with coordination and execution of marketing events, tastings, dinners and sales meetings 

•  Light graphic design tasks may be assigned – sales support items (i.e. sell sheets, ads, signage, etc.)
•  Coordinate shipping needs and requests for marketing and national sales team
•  Maintain periodical subscriptions
•  Beast tamer
•  Perform administrative marketing duties and assist on execution of marketing projects as needed
•  Other duties as needed

SKILLS
•  Excellent oral and written communications with experience in marketing communications, copywriting and proofreading
•  Excellent organization skills
•  Customer service focused
•  A creative, outside-the-box thinker
•  Ability to manage multiple workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•  Technical proficiencies in MS Office applications and basic HTML
•  Experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and WordPress a plus
•  Comfort using software tools to monitor social media (IG, Facebook, Twitter, Sprout etc)

REQUIREMENTS
•  A self-motivated, outgoing, positive, energetic attitude and ability to work closely with various constituents and independently.
•  Computer literacy that allows you to effectively use standard business programs
•  Two or more years’ experience with minimum one year in marketing. Previous wine industry experience preferred but not required.
•  A desire to continually self-educate in all areas: wine knowledge and professional and personal skills.
•  Ok with being a “jack of all trades” and able to jump in to wear multiple marketing hats
•  Flexibility with work hours, may require some nights and weekends
•  Exceptional organizational, speaking, and analysis skills
•  Ability to lift 40 pounds
•  Excellent references

COMPENSATION
Full Time, hourly wage commensurate with experience, wine benefits, health/dental Insurance and 401K plan.
