Job Description:

The primary responsibility of our Digital Marketing Coordinator will be to launch sales and marketing campaigns across our portfolio of three brands. Responsibilities will include email marketing, website management, social media, creation/maintenance of digital sales and marketing collateral and assisting with new digital marketing initiatives. To succeed in this role, this person must be agile, thrive in a fast-paced/high-change environment, work well independently and who is incredibly detail-oriented.

Repris is our estate winery focused on crafting wines from the historic Moon Mountain Vineyard we are grateful to call our home. Our winery includes 18,000 square feet of natural rock caves and 75 acres of organic vineyards on the 286-acre property. All Repris wines are sold directly to our Members and guests who visit the winery.

Named after Dr. Pangloss, the eternal optimist in Voltaire’s novel Candide, Pangloss Cellars is a celebration of optimism as the ideal way to approach life. You will be working in our historic building on the Sonoma Plaza dating back to 1902 – the home of our Pangloss Cellars Tasting Lounge. Responsibilities:
•  Test and launch weekly/monthly email campaigns across multiple brands
•  Maintain website content across multiple brands
•  Create new landing pages to support new digital campaign success
•  Work in Photoshop or other equivalent design programs to design brand assets
•  Continuously strive to improve our digital consumer experience
•  Work with Brand/Membership Managers to update content across sites & social media
•  Assist with all content development as requested by the membership team
•  Social media community management, including monitoring, outreach, reporting
•  Monitor and distribute reviews from all established travel websites including Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor and Yelp
•  Pull, analyze, interpret and distribute email and e-commerce performance reports
•  Develop and expand influencer outreach efforts

Qualifications & Prior Experience
•  Familiarity with major ESP's such as Mail Chimp, Vertical Response & Constant Contact
•  Basic HTML
•  Intermediate to advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite
•  High-quality photography and video a plus
•  Experience managing social media content and communication
•  Strong project management skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline and metrics-driven environment
•  Knowledge of digital marketing best practices generally, and specifically in the luxury wine market
