We are looking for a Full- time well-organized self-starter who is able to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, customer service a positive attitude, flexibility, strong organizational skills and one that takes initiative.
Day-to-Day Activities Include:
• General office duties
• Receptionist Duties such as answering phones/ filing
• Pre-preparation of meetings for time efficiency
• Client database management
• Working closely with staff
• Special projects and duties as assigned
• CEO’s requests as needed
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous work experience performing similar functions in an office setting
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, WORD and EXCEL, Google Mail, Google Calendars, and Quickbooks
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week
• Mature and professional attitude
• Fast learner
• Good team player
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work-load
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills ( Bi-lingual a plus but not required)
• Strong organizational and filing skills
