We are seeking a full-time Tasting Room Manager for our appointment-only experiences..
JOB SUMMARY:
Delivery of a luxury experience for guests while effectively maximizing retail sales, growing the wine club and developing other direct to consumer channels. Ensure standards of service and hospitality are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Solid retail sales background
-Success building and coaching teams
-Able to train and motivate other employees
-Be comfortable with new technologies, and proficient in social media and POS software
-Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Must be able to work on weekends and most holidays
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all aspects of operating the tasting room, including but not limited to:
-Manage a small tasting room staff
-Inventory management
-Work closely with the president to create successful retention campaigns
-Establish and achieve winery sales & financial goals
-Interaction with customers
-Sales training with employees
-Developing innovative ways to drive sales and customer satisfaction
