Tasting Room Associate (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Requirements:

  • Conduct wine tastings for our tasting room guests
  • Lift up to 40 pounds
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Stand for long hours
  • Have flexible hours; mostly available on weekends
  • Speak eloquently and confidently
  • Be trained and adequately operate POS system and register

Responsibilities:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and knowledge of our wines and of other wines in the region
  • Keeping the Tasting Room and surrounding areas tidy at all times
  • Inventory control
  • Order processing
  • Answering phone calls
  • Assist with events and winery mailers throughout the year
  • Data entry
  • Stay informed of new wine releases and seasonal winery activities
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
