The Sales Support Coordinator role with Delegat USA is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the wine industry. In this role, you will be exposed to a range of business functions such as Marketing, Sales, Recruitment and other operational areas.
Due to an internal promotion, we are now seeking a self-motivated and energetic Sales Support Coordinator to join our USA Sales Team. Reporting to the Business Administration Manager, you will provide support in the following key areas:
- Coordinating the Discover Oyster Bay Tasting Host program for an assigned region - recruitment, on-boarding / training and performance analysis;
- Sales Team Support - support marketing requests, ad-hoc projects, CRM implementation and general troubleshooting;
- Brand Implementation - activate in-market brand/marketing initiatives and provide POS support;
- Continuous improvement - we are always looking for ways to improve our systems and processes.
The ideal applicants would have the following:
- A high level of attention to detail;
- Proactive service oriented approach and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office programs;
- Creativity and initiative for continuous improvement;
- Experience in sales support, office administration and customer services is desirable;
- A relevant degree or an industry qualification is preferred;
- Interest in the wine industry is preferred, but not essential.
