Job Description:
VGS Chateau Potelle is a small boutique Tasting House and Garden located in the heart of Saint Helena. We’re seeking an individual to join our small team part-time (potentially full-time for the right candidate) at the Tasting House and Garden to provide unique and fantastic wine and food tastings to our club members and guests. 

The ideal candidate will be able to succeed with these primary responsibilities:
-Positive and motivated team player
-Engaging with all club members and guests to give them a fantastic and unique experience 
-Show positive representation of VGS Chateau Potelle to the public by being properly groomed and wearing appropriate clothing
-Conduct wine and food tastings professionally with ability to multi-task in a busy and high energy environment
-Provide above and beyond customer service to all guests and customers
-Excellent punctuality, cleanliness, organization and problem solving skills
-Effectively and consistently promote and sell wine and wine clubs with high sales driven mentality
-Able to operate POS system and accurately execute completion of all order forms/wine club sign ups

Qualifications: 
-Must have valid Driver’s License 
-At least 21 years old
-Able to lift 45+ Ibs.
-Must be able to be flexible with schedule, and able to work weekends
-Working knowledge of POS system and wine club management 
-Must be professional in appearance and conduct
-Maintain clean environment throughout the day
-Experience working in a luxury environment that provides first class service

Compensation: 
Highly competitive base with commissions and bonus
