Napa Valley wine business executive is looking for an assistant to oversee a variety of winery-related and personal responsibilities. This is great opportunity for someone looking to be part of and learn more about the wine business. 

This is a part-time, hourly position, 24 hours/week estimated.

Flexible schedule required depending upon workload.

Responsibilities

·      Organize and track expenses

·      Maintain expense spreadsheet and documentation for tax purposes

·      Monitor and respond to communication

·      Maintain business, client and personal files

·      Interface with and support winery clients

·      Support social media updates

·      Research and project work as needed

Qualifications

·      3+ years of administrative experience

·      Strong organizational skills

·      Impeccable attention to detail

·      Ability to learn new systems quickly

·      Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook

·      Familiarity with usage of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

·      Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written skills
