Concierge (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Cakebread Cellars, the family owned and operated Rutherford-based Napa Valley premium winery seeks to add a talented tasting room concierge to greet, check-in, and interact with guests upon their arrival to the winery. Cakebread Cellars has been in business since 1973 with estate vineyards in Napa Valley and Anderson Valley, reaching across several premier California appellations. We practice organic and sustainable farming, which is vital to our high quality winemaking practices.

The focus of the Visitor Center is to provide outstanding customer service and a remarkable experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess:
1. A friendly and welcoming personality
2. Passion for the wine industry
3. Desire to work with people 
4. Ability to provide excellent customer service
Must be highly dependable, a positive team player, ability to work a flexible schedule and hospitality experience is highly desirable. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and must be able to lift 42 lbs repeatedly.
