Frog’s Leap is seeking an Accounting Assistant who will be responsible for a wide variety of accounting and sales-support related duties. The successful candidate will be a professional person who is detail oriented yet flexible and has a strong work ethic. Here are some of the bullet points from this person’s day…

•  Responsible for daily Accounts Payable input
•  Weekly check run processing and distribution
•  Accounts receivable payment application
•  Preparation of daily cash deposits
•  Daily cash management reconciliation 
•  Local courier to the Bank and Post office 
•  Review OOS licenses and reports for compliance 
•  Monthly review and maintenance of GL schedules
•  Acts as point of contact to assist with accounting inquiries 

Qualifications:

•  Basic understanding of accounting principals
•  Minimum of 1–3 years of experience, preferably in the wine industry
•  Strong PC skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel
•  AMS experience a plus
•  Valid and insurable California Driver's License
