Position Overview: This position is responsible for executing all areas of responsibility relating to support of C-level executive.
We are looking for an energetic self-starter to join our team. You’ll work with two dynamic businesses: Adobe Road Winery and The Racers Group and offer executive and personal support for our CEO.
You’ll be actively involved in one of the most exciting new winery projects in the country as Adobe Road Winery embarks on a major expansion project on the Petaluma Riverfront, taking the winery experience to an intriguing new level.
The Racers Group is the most successful sports car racing team in North America with marques like Aston Martin, Porsche and Lamborghini.
We are looking for someone with plug and play experience in the wine industry, from wholesale accounts to sales, hospitality and event planning.

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
• Demonstrated vision to anticipate next steps and growth opportunities
• Advanced experience working with C-level executive; ability to handle confidential in-formation with discretion
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task; strong organizational and administra-tive capabilities; demonstrates accuracy and thoughtfulness and completes work in a timely manner
• A passion and knowledge of wine is preferred
• Demonstrated success working with collaborative teams to implement organizational objectives
• Computer experience in Microsoft Office and Google suites; Vin65 expertise is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Advanced problem solving skills — identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Represents company in a professional and positive manner; follows through on com-mitments
• Prioritizes and plans activities and uses time wisely; able to deal with frequent chang-es, delays or unexpected events
• Must be able to travel and work some weekends
