We are looking for some Dependable Seasonal Call Center Pros.

Who are we?
NakedWines.com is a customer-funded online winery. Because we're customer-funded, each of our customers helps to shape the way we do business. They pick the wines we sell, they help support our winemakers, and they get special benefits for doing so. This relationship of mutual trust and benefit between our company and our customers is what we strive to maintain.
At the end of the day, the most important thing about our Customer Happiness Team is not the number of sales they produce; it's how the customer is treated and the way they feel about us when they leave.

Our goal is to provide 5-Star service to each and every customer.

Hours: 40 hours/week

Salary & Benefits:

$16 per hour with a monthly incentive program available

The period is through the holiday season. We'll be keeping some on through March with a chance to prove yourself and stay on permanently.
