Beckmen Vineyards is a family owned and operated winery, with a reputation for producing high quality wines in Santa Barbara’s wine country. We are actively seeking to hire a motivated, enthusiastic individual as our Marketing Manager in a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Updating website content, including the ecommerce wine shop and blog.

• Updating company information on ancillary websites. (Tock, Google, Yelp, Trip Advisor, YouTube)
• Creating, posting, and engaging in regular social media content. (Instagram, Facebook)
• Creating and reporting on advertisements on Google Ads and Facebook.
• Creating sales emails in conjunction with the marketing calendar; responding to e-mails received, maintaining e-mail lists.
• Organizing and executing on-premise events including Wine Member parties, Dinners, and Futures Tastings.
• Running the annual Futures program: promoting and coordinating tastings, processing all pre-orders throughout the year.
• Maintaining Platinum memberships; renewing annual memberships and increasing total membership.
• Maintaining and improving relationships with accommodation and transportation partners; sourcing new partnerships that would benefit the tasting room.
• Assisting customers with orders and updating their accounts.
• Generating monthly marketing reports.
• Coordinating quarterly video shoots and bottle shots with professional videographers/photographers.
• Assisting with packing shipping orders/quarterly wine membership shipments.
• Hosting VIP wine tastings as needed. 

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the wine industry.
• Prior experience in marketing, though not necessarily in the wine industry.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube; experience with WordPress or other website platforms.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, and weekend or evening events as needed.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds repeatedly.
