If you are looking for a hands-on winemaking and cellar management position, working for an established family owned winery with low turnover and good employee rapour, please consider this posiiton.
The winery is growing so much they need to have winemaking support for their long-term winemaker.
You will makage bottling and cellar scheduing, safety, training and day to day production assignments. Manage overall production schedule and sanitation process.
Knowledge of production line equipment and forklift positions.
Lab work as required.
