Korbel is seeking to fill the role of a full-time Communications Marketing Associate.
Reporting to and supporting the Vice President, Communications, this position is responsible for performing Communications and Marketing tasks for F. Korbel & Bros., Inc. (inclusive of all company owned brands). The Communications Associate creates and/or edits tailored content for a variety of media outlets. This position creates content and manages Korbel Brandy and King’s Ransom social media. In addition, this role provides administrative support and logistics coordinating for the Vice President of Communications.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field is preferred for this position (sufficient experience allowable as replacement of certain education). Previous marketing experience is a must for this position. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office and the Adobe Suite. Candidate must be able to work effectively on their own with minimal supervision, but also work well as part of a team interdepartmentally. Candidate needs strong communication skills and the ability to work with other departments, media personnel, external partners (Brown-Forman, PriceWeber), and customers. This position requires a highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly.
