Missing Link Networks Inc., producer of eCellar – the wine industry’s most advanced DTC Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) - is growing and in search of an intelligent, self driven and enthusiastic individual to join our Client Support Team.
The Client Support Team provides comprehensive support solutions to meet our elite winery clients needs. We partner with key winery staff to train and explore the scope and functionality of eCellar. Your primary goal is to become an expert in all eCellar modules and the vast range of functionality we offer in order to provide expert technical assistance on reported issues by our clients. You’ll execute on these priorities using a deep understanding of our software capabilities, combined with savvy industry knowledge and a personal commitment of excellent customer service.
As an eCellar Client Support Specialist, you:
• Possess a genuine, easy going personality
• Are a problem-solver; the ability to evaluate, analyze and troubleshoot
• Maintain impeccable relationships with our client wineries
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
• Efficiently prioritize tasks as they are introduced
• Offer practical guidance and product insight
• Comprehend client questions and articulate complex answers in a concise manner
• The natural desire to go above and beyond to meet our client's high expectations
Minimum Qualifications include:
• A minimum of 1-year relevant job experience in winery hospitality and/or customer service related support
• Knowledge and competency of the wine industry
• A comprehensive understanding of the internet and its technologies (email, web browsers, device types, etc.)
• Software: MS Office applications (Word and Excel) and iOS
• Outstanding communication skills on various media: phone, e-mail, face-to-face
• Excellent documentation and typing skills

This position is a live-agent, in office support M-F, 8:30am to 5:00pm and alternating on call (remote) weekend/major holiday support in Calistoga, CA.
