THE POSITION
The position is of Hospitality Sales & Events Coordinator is a hybrid role that will focus on the concierge aspect of sales & hospitality, coordination of events and the company day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, possess a high level of attention to detail, and thrive in a high paced team-oriented environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Host various levels of tours, tastings and guest experiences for both consumer and trade, including virtual tastings
· Coordinate and plan onsite and offsite events including our annual harvest party, Carinvus Maximus
· Drive sales and club sign-ups through DTC channels: In-Person, email, phone and off-site events
· Reception for incoming calls and in person guests
· Schedule tasting appointments
· Manage general winery email inbox both inbound and outbound correspondence
· Assist with order tracking and club processing
· Collaborate with team to stock inventory across all company needs
· Coordinates and performs opening and closing responsibilities for the company
· Assist with winery projects, ranging from hospitality to administrative duties

EXPERIENCE
· 2-5 years of hospitality and sales experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license
COMPENSATION
· Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
