An innovative and growing super-premium and ultra-premium wine producer in the Dry Creek and Russian River Valleys of Sonoma County is in search of a Customer Service/Order Entry person to join their team.
CUSTOMER SERVICE/ ORDER ENTRY
Compensation: $18 per hour
Summary
Responsible for daily processing of wholesale wine orders including providing customers confirmation of availability and pick-up dates. Interfacing with customer regarding shipment status and promptly addressing order revisions via email and/or phone.
Excellent verbal and oral communication skills is required as well as the ability to apply creativity to resolve customer service issues meaning always taking/making/finding the time to provide accurate answers to any questions and ensure consistent flow of product.
Primary responsibilities:
· Provide the first point of customer contact for inquiries such as pricing, product information, shipments, and orders including communicating any revisions to quantities, pricing, and/or shipping dates
· Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely (same day) and accurate processing of orders (confirming product availability and proper FOB pricing)
· Communication and coordination across other departments to resolve inquiries regarding product availability.
· Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing prompt friendly service
· Support the sales and finance team with regular and ad hoc sales and shipment reporting
· Pulled orders from buyers portal systems (Costco- SPS Commerce, LCBO-Web PO, SAQ-SAQ-b2b)
· Order input data into NAV system and upload into warehouse AMS system
· Reviews orders for accuracy and completeness
· Prepare appropriate shipping documents for invoicing
· Maintain completed files copies of all invoiced and completed orders
· Follow up on “On-Hold” or “Credit Hold” orders
· Handle complaints from shipping errors (wrong product / wrong address) and resolve as appropriate
· Work with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments or unavailable orders.
· Ensure all orders available to ship have shipped prior to month end
Requires:
Previous Customer Service experience.
Experience with AMS a plus.
