Customer Care Representative (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

As a Customer Care Representative at Maverick Enterprises, you will join a team of skilled professionals that place outstanding customer service at the top of their list! Our Customer Care Representatives perform a wide variety of tasks involving the coordination of customer service inquiries and problems. 

They may provide any or a combination of the following: researches and responds to customer inquiries, analyzes accounts, performs activities associated with the receipt, booking and processing of sales orders. Receives sales orders from customers or distributors via phone, email, mail or direct contact. Prepares entries to associated records in Access and ERP System (SyteLine.) 

Essential Job Functions:

•Work as part of the Maverick Customer Care group in partnership with the Sales team to deliver high quality products to our customers

•Initiate and process required paperwork for new and repeat projects including entering new customer orders, processing customer changes to orders, file set up, customer correspondence.

•Work with the Engineering group to gather required project specifications and get customer approvals. 

•Track customer shipments including posting daily shipments

•Provide timely status reports including preparation of weekly, monthly and annual customers and sales reports to keep the team updated. 

•Develop working knowledge of entire capsule manufacturing process

•Work with our distributors to process their orders.

Education and Experience:

-High School diploma with a minimum of 3 years experience in a professional setting. College degree preferred.

-Must be detail- oriented and able to accurately and efficiently input orders in order management system. 

-Must be able to use computer software programs required to perform day-to-day functions (ERP, Microsoft Access, Excel and Word).

-Must possess strong, positive inter- personal skills when dealing with co-workers and on the phone with our customers and distributors. Must maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. 

-Must be flexible, able to multi- task and prioritize projects and issues as they arise.

-Minimum of 3 years experience. Customer Service background is a plus. 

-Must be willing to travel occasionally to customer locations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel; talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach with hands and arms. Specific vision requirements include close vision.
