Position Summary: The Accounts Payable Manager position is responsible for all payable functions at Boisset Collection, including receiving, coding, processing and paying invoices; monitoring expense accounts, monitoring cash flow and working with accounting team.
Essential Functions:
• Perform all duties related to accounts payable for Boisset Collection: receive and review invoices, distribute to appropriate employee/manager for approval and coding, code recurring invoices, separate invoices by payment method (check or AMEX) and input into computer payment system, process checks, deliver payments, and all other necessary tasks.
• Monitor employee expense account charges, requesting and compiling all receipts and validation of expenses via Concur system. Submit reimbursements to payroll as needed for bi-weekly payroll processing. Input expenses into spreadsheets and AMS in a timely manner.
• Maintain files for all vendors, distributors and others of all payments processed.
• Develop systems for timely execution of duties, payment tracking, vendor and distributor history, and cost control.
• Maintain strong communication lines with all vendors and distributors to facilitate reconciling errors or oversights.
• Cross train with other positions to assist during absences and vacations.
Technology savvy using Microsoft Office with advance skills in Excel. Bonus with AMS and Concur experience.
