Reporting to our North American General Manager this is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an internationally growing and innovative organization. This role will have a focus on providing training and support to new and existing customers across North America. This role will allow you to travel the country and see some of the finest wine regions America and Canada has to offer.

At vintrace we pride ourselves on the customer service we provide to wineries worldwide. Our Cloud software solution, vintrace, allows them to keep compliant and get on with the job of producing wine and spirits. The robustness of our solution and the amazingly responsive support we provide are two of the key things that differentiates us over the competition. 

We have some exciting plans and need to build an energetic and motivated team to spearhead our operations in North America.

Role Responsibilities:

Training
• Liaise with our on-boarding team to schedule training for new North American customers
• Conduct onsite and remote post-sales training
• Script and provide quarterly webinars on key functional areas of vintrace
• Provide additional training to customers on an as need basis
• Handle initial-post training application questions, directing to the Helpdesk where needed
• Script and provide recorded functional help videos for end-users
• Presenting at our annual User Group Meeting held in Napa, CA

Support
• Solve application support questions from VINx2 customers across North America
• Liaise with the central helpdesk to solve more complex technical issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems to a satisfactory resolution for customers
• Log all inbound support requests in our Zendesk ticketing software
• Monitor inbound support tickets worldwide and escalate urgent issues to our on-call service
• Document FAQs in our knowledge base
• Provide as needed support to our sales, training and implementation teams including visiting customers on site where necessary

Your skills:

• Experience with wine production software for the wine industry a significant advantage
• At least 1 years’ experience in either a training, wine production or customer service role
• Experience, knowledge or a passion for wine production
• Knowledge of wine industry TTB reporting requirements 
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken, Spanish also an advantage
• Willingness to travel both interstate and internationally
