We are looking for a tasting room associate for our Sonoma Tasting Room 3-5 days per week depending on the season/scheduling. Possibly 1 of those days at our Petaluma corporate office/winery assisting with various tasks as well. This position requires the ability to multi-task while being a positive spokesperson for our brand.
Skills preferred:
*Excellent customer service
*Positive and upbeat attitude
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Cashier experience
*Ability to operate computer programs a plus (IE Microsoft Word/Excel, email, etc)
*Background and/or knowledge of wine a plus
Duties:
*Opening and closing
*Pouring wine for customers
*Running sales transactions
*Returning customer emails, phone calls, and inquiries
*Work with our shipping department and corporate office
*Keep tasting room clean and orderly
*Attend our wine team meetings
