Vintage Wine Estates is a dynamic, growing organization seeking a Facility Team Member to join our team at Viansa Sonoma in Sonoma County. The Facility Team Member reports directly to the Tasting Room Sales Manager. This position ensures that the winery is clean and well maintained on a daily basis. 

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

•  Clean and mop tasting room floor
•  Clean tasting room windows and doors throughout the day 
•  Clean and organize dish machine room 
•  Wipe down all outside tables and chairs prior to opening
•  Open all umbrellas 
•  Make sure patio floor is clean 
•  Clean and restock bathrooms throughout the day 
•  Bus all outside tables throughout the day 
•  Wash glassware
•  Ensure property is free of debris
•  Empty garbage cans as needed 
•  Take garbage and boxes to the remote garbage area 
•  Assist with event set up and break down
•  Assist with deliveries and restocking
•  Move tables and other furniture as directed by the manager on duty 
•  Assist with moving wine as needed 
•  Remove empty bottles from tasting room 
•  Remove empty boxes from tasting room 
•  Ensure all private spaces are always clean and ready for use 
•  Outlook spaces cleaned daily 
•  Ensure all pre-opening work is completed no later than 10:00am
•  All other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS:

•  Ability to accurately follow instructions and take direction

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  1+ years’ experience in related field 
•  Commitment to excellence and high standards
•  Valid CA driver’s license with a clean record

•  Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work in an evolving environment with enthusiasm

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

•  Must be at least 21 years of age
•  Must be able to climb, kneel, pull, hear, crouch lift stoop, reach push, see repeatedly
•  Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods as required by job duties
•  Must be able to exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs of force frequently, and /or up to 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:

•  Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
