Chateau Margene is looking for a part-time Tasting Room Associate in their new Solvang location, opening August 1, 2017. We are a small, family owned and operated winery located in the Creston District of Paso Robles. The ideal candidate must be available to work weekends & holidays. Position includes a competitive compensation program, plus commission.
Position Responsibilities and Qualifications:
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to learn our history and share it with guests
• Sell wine club memberships
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with all guests and wine club members
• Daily tasting room cleaning, organizing & re-stocking
• 1-2 years prior experience in a tasting room environment
• Experience with iPad and POS system
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
